strings

2SGs only have two strings. Here are some photos that will help you learn the strings.
 
This is called sound A. As you can see you put your finger/thumb on the string and press down. Written down, sound 'A' looks like this- A
This is called sound B. As you can see you put your finger/thumb on the string on the far side by the tuning knobs and press down. Written down, sound 'B' looks like this- B
 
 
This is called sound C. As you can see you put your finger/thumb on the string on the close side by the turning knobs. Written down, sound 'C' looks like this- C
 
This is called sound D. As you can see you put your fingers somewhere on the guitar and strum. Written down, sound 'D' looks like this- D
 
 
 
Are you wondering what the difference is between all the sounds? Well sound A is in between low and high so mediem. And sound B is the most high pitched sound on the 2SG and sound C is only just a bit more lower sounding then sound B. And sound D is the lowest sounding sound on the 2SG because you strum instead of press down on the strings.
